  1. Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor? Whatever the reason, you won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded.
  2. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. 
  3. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy , where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  4. For items which are out of stock, buyers may choose other items with same price to replace if out of stock. Stock may not available (only will know when we place your order from supplier). If the buyers want to keep the balance for next purchase, buyers have to bear the postage for next delivery.
  5. For those buyers who did not collect your parcel after we delivered to your house, Pos Malaysia will returned the parcel to Pos Laju Collection Centre KL at Jalan Tun Sambanthan. Buyers may collect your parcel at your own. If you want us to collect it for you, additional RM10 will be charged per parcel. This charges is not including the penalty charges by Pos Malaysia. Buyers have to bear the penalty charges at your own. 
  6. So buyers have to pay for RM10 + Penalty Charges + Postage for second delivery.
