Shipping

  • We will be using PosLaju Malaysia.
  • Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first
  • Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
  • Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
  • Once tracking number is provided, customers are responsible to keep track of their own parcel.
  • Parcels will be posted within 3 working days after payment is made.
  • We will NOT be responsible for any direct or indirect lost, delay or damages incurred during shipping. Especially for cases where buyer sends in the wrong address.
  • COD can be arranged with anything you purchase from us, terms and conditions applied. The list below will be our COD hotspot.
